The 3-bolt cleat compatible glass-fibre reinforced nylon sole is stiff for better power transfer, and by using a seamless midsole construction the foot is moved closer to the pedal axle which also aids efficiency. For better breathability, a synthetic leather composite material has been used for the upper with a simple BOA® L6 dial for secure closure and easy adjustment.
